Help the little guy win-- your skills are needed!!!

Sat Sep 16, 2006 at 09:15:28 PM PDT

I am trying to help my mother's boyfriend win a seat in the NH State House. I am in Florida, he's obviously in NH.

I really, really need some help. We have a web site up, but as you can see, it needs some work.  http://www.votebobmatheson.com/

Anybody out there who can create a nice site header/page banner that looks sort of like this one? http://www.nh-democrats.org/...  It would really make the page look more professional.

Any other thoughts and feedback would be most appreciated.

My voting machine's sleeping around again and other election fraud facts from Florida

Tue Sep 05, 2006 at 07:34:42 PM PDT

A couple weeks ago, I alerted you to the fact that Florida voting machines were spending the weekend in the homes of poll workers. http://www.dailykos.com/... Now, we all know how crazy that is but many locals were not at all worried about this. Unfortunately, they have reason to worry, especially if they are not Republicans. And the machines' social lives are just the start of Florida's Election Fraud Season.

Today was the primary in Florida. Early in the day, we had poll watcher reports of two different voting machines showing 40 votes each cast before the polls were open.

Where's My Voting Machine Sleeping Tonight? A letter to my Supervisor of Elections

Sat Aug 19, 2006 at 08:24:07 PM PDT

Last night I posted this diary about Florida Voting machines having weekend sleepovers at poll workers' houses. http://www.dailykos.com/...  Tonight, I emailed my Supervisor of Elections on the issues and copied everyone I could think of-- practically the entire planet.

The email/letter and the recipient list are below the fold.

Voting Machines Sitting in FL Living Rooms

Fri Aug 18, 2006 at 07:16:33 PM PDT

I just returned from Poll Watcher training in Duval County Florida. Early Voting for the Primary begins Monday. I caught the most interesting tidbit while hanging around the Democratic HQ. Apparently, since Early Voting starts "early in the morning" Monday, the (Republican) Supervisor of Elections decided it was best to send the voting machines home for the weekend with the poll workers. Yeah, I am not f'ing making that up! And yes, I did fall out of my chair, lose my hearing and vision and swear like a drunk sailor when I heard this. It's so ridiculous that only a Republican could come up with this plan.

John Kerry Did It!!!!

Fri Jul 15, 2005 at 11:23:31 PM PDT

I am sick from the dizzy spin of the Rove leak. After reading this, I had to puke.
http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/7/14/225202.shtml

John Kerry is getting dragged into this? Are they actually trying to pull this bullshit off??

Do they really think we're that stupid?

Do they really think it's still October?

AMERICA SUPPORTS YOU KARL!!!

Thu Jul 14, 2005 at 05:24:33 PM PDT

It appears that http://www.whitehouse.org is having a bit of fun while drawing even MORE attention to Rove. They've devised a simply hilarious way to make sure this gets as much MSM coverage as possible.

Jeff Gannon's Web Site

Tue Jul 05, 2005 at 06:17:30 PM PDT

This will be short and sweet.

WTF is up with Jeff Gannon's Web site??? Check it out http://www.jeffgannon.com When I visited two minutes ago, there were NO comments to any of his blog entries. After I posted, what I believed to be the first entry, I noticed there was one other one. But that was it, me and one other. Again, what is going on.

Also, all the entries seem to be from today. Am I missing something?  Did he just start the site up again? If so, is there a particular stinky topic in the news these last few days that he's trying to cover up?

Dear Mr. President (Speech response)

Tue Jun 28, 2005 at 08:47:05 PM PDT

I sent the following email to the Prez with a CC to Junkyard Dog Cheney tonight:

Dear Mr. President,
I watched your speech tonight. That was a cute idea to have it at Fort Bragg. I bet you were a little surprised when none of those soldiers clapped when you came on stage. But hey, I guess they were a little surprised that you thought it was a good idea to have your little speech there, given all that you've put them through.

I digress... So, in your speech tonight you said "This Fourth of July, I ask you to find a way to thank the men and women defending our freedom by flying the flag, sending letters to our troops in the field or helping the military family down the street."

Focus on the Family

Tue Jan 11, 2005 at 08:11:08 PM PDT

Four days ago, I happened upon the movie review section of the Focus on the Family Web site.  Their review of Aviator really bothered me. So, I sent them an e-mail.

Idea for Inauguration Day Quiet Protest

Mon Jan 03, 2005 at 08:06:55 PM PDT

To most of us, Inauguration Day on January 20th is a day of mourning.  For those of us who won't be able to attend the event, I suggest we protest any way we can. Here is how I am going to do it and encourage you to do the same.

My Letter to the President, Installment 4

Thu Dec 30, 2004 at 09:15:13 PM PDT

Dear Mr. President,

I hate to interrupt your much-needed vacation from all the hard work you do. I hope you're having fun down there in Crawford. I am sure it was quite a bummer to have all that interrupted by that mess over there with the tidal wave. Can you believe the numbers? Sad. Unbelievable.

We hear they're saying at least 116,000 people are dead and over 5 million are homeless. That was sure nice of you to donate 7 dollars per homeless person. I'm sure that'll help them a lot. I hear you can build a house, feed your kids, get malaria medicine and even bury some relatives on less than 5 dollars in some countries. You must have heard this too...

Enjoy your vacation!

My Letter to the President, Installment 3

Sun Dec 26, 2004 at 09:44:29 PM PDT

Tonight, I ask the President to clear up my concerns over the "shooting down" of the plane over Pennsylvania on 9/11 and Rummy's admission of it today.

My Letter to the President, Installment 2

Mon Dec 20, 2004 at 07:57:18 PM PDT

In tonight's email to the President, I explain, real nice-like, how he can afford to buy the needed 3,000 armored Humvees for Iraq without raising the deficit. I break down the dollars and how he can raise them by forfeiting the Presidential Yacht purchase and redirecting Inaugural Ball funds. I even give him a little help on the Rummy situation.

Let me know if my math doesn't work, please!

My Daily Letter to the President, Installment 1

Sat Dec 18, 2004 at 09:13:44 PM PDT

I have decided to write the President at least 3 times per week. I will email him using the White House Web site via http://www.whitehouse.gov/interactive/interact_1.html  I will also forward everything to president@whitehouse.gov with a nice CC to vice.president@whitehouse.gov

I sent my first email tonight. Tonight's topic is Terror and Affordable Health Care
