The streets will be closed for undertemined amounts of time and no one is saying what streets or when. The last time Bush came here, in 2002, the SS had trucks and busses parked between the square and the building where he was speaking. This time, the paper is saying, that won't be the case.
The Chief of Police said that it is an honor to have the President "visit" and that "dignitary protection is a cost of doing business." Bush isn't visiting. He is comming to raise money for Pombo. It is like everyone here is making a forced contribution to that weasel's campaign.
